What is the age limit?
We cover individuals up to the age of 75 years and children up until the age of 21 years (25 years if they are still studying).
Can non-South African nationals be covered?
Yes, we cover non-South Africans with valid passports and residential addresses in South Africa.
Can I make arrangements to pay missed monthly premiums?
Absolutely. Contact us within 30 days of missed payment and we'll arrange a catch-up plan to keep your cover active.
How long are the waiting periods?
Natural death: 6 months; accidental death: immediate; suicidal death: 12 months. Waiting periods are clearly outlined in your policy document.
